Pt gave feedback 'Kirsty was great, very thorough and took a lot of time talking to me. I was struggling after a virus, I could feel my heart going, and I felt very low. She made a referral to age UK and to my doctor and this made me feel better at the time'.

Kirsty could not have improved what she did, but my doctor still has not contacted me and I have not heard from age UK. I feel like I don't want to go on any more, I feel like that every day Im really struggling with loneliness and I am worried about my heart beating.
